"Iberal Spa," an Algerian-Spanish company specializing in human and veterinary products, has been established recently, according to press reports published Tuesday.
With a capital of AD552,760,000, Iberal, based in the industrial park of El Harrach (Algiers), will import, export, produce, pack, sell and provide services related to human, veterinary and cosmetic products, APS reported.
The company's capital is held with a majority by Packaging Engineering and two Spanish citizens (35,928 shares), Digromed Spa, Flash Algerie Spa and two Algerian persons (19,343 shares). (menareport.com)
