Middle East dairy product manufacturer Al-Rawabi held an event to mark the inauguration of their new factory in Dubai. The occasion was held at the new facility in the presence of Minister of State for Finance and Industry and Chairman of Emirates Rawabi Khalfan Mohamed Bin Kherbash.
The Al-Rawabi Dairy Company Limited produces fresh milk, yogurt, flavored milk, juices and laban. It is the largest producer of fresh milk in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a 32.3 percent share in the local market.
Both the government of Dubai and the Gulf Investment Corporation hold a 17 percent stake in the company and the Arab Authority for Agriculture Investment and Development holds a 28 percent stake in the firm. The company's products are also available in Oman and Qatar. — (menareport.com)
