Escan Properties, the newly established property developer, has signed an agreement with Riyadh Golden Investment and Development Establishment to manage and market Fujairah Paradise.
The $817 million resort will be built in Fujairah over an area of 7m sq ft. of seafront near the Omani border and adjacent to the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort. Fujairah Paradise will comprise 1,000 five-star villas, a hotel, and shopping mall.
