Emirates Hotels and Resorts, the affiliate of Gulf Air, said Wednesday that it is set to commence on the construction of a five-star hotel in Dubai at a cost of 1.8 billion Dirhams (490 million US dollars).
The company said in a statement, cited by Kuna, the hotel to be dubbed Emirates Wasba Park Towers Hotel would be made up of twin towers, 77-storey high each, to be opened in 2010.
