Acer Supports UAE Channels with Certified Sales Professional Program

Acer Computer Middle East recently announced plans to increase the size and scope of its Certified sales Sales Professional (ACSP) program begun in 1999. The aim of the expansion is to provide the leading PC manufacturer’s vendor’s regional channel sales personnel with world-class levels of customer service and product knowledge training.  

 

The ACSP training program is divided into three four different modules – one each for Veriton commercial PCs/, Altos range of Servers, TravelMate Notebooks, and Aspire home Desktop and Notebook PCs. Trainees are provided with intensive instruction on one, or all modules, before being tested and awarded with either a “commercial products” or “consumer products” the certification for either one or all of the relevant modules.  

 

The ACSP program has generated tremendous enthusiasm within the extensive Acer channel partner network in the UAE Middle East and North Africaregion. The program held on May 23 at the Acer facility was attended by over 40 Acer channel sales staff from Jumbo Electronics, Aptec, Emirates Computer, KIT, Compume and SMB Computers. – which is already underway in Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan and Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
