Abu Dhabi will offer property on rent, long lease and outright sale to nationals and foreigners, officials of a new private company that will be developing a quarter of the Reem Island suggested Saturday. Launched under the patronage and presence of Shaikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Reem Investments will develop the island in Abu Dhabi for Dh20 billion, Gulf Daily reported.
Once completed, the island project is inclined to accommodate 80,000 people.
