Volkswagen Middle East launches its Service Excellence

Volkswagen Middle East has begun rolling out its new Service Excellence initiative, which aims to deliver customers maximum value for money when buying a new Volkswagen and offering an inclusive 5 year Volkswagen warranty, a 45,000km or 3 year free service contract and 3 year 24/7 roadside assistance, along with other benefits*.
“We are committed to delivering automotive excellence to our customers,” said Stefan Timmermann, Sales Director Volkswagen Middle East. “Our 2011 strategy reflects that commitment. The Service Excellence is a comprehensive service concept that will deliver the best customer experience and put the customers at the core of what we offer.”
The package has already been rolled out in GCC countries and is continuing to do so throughout Volkswagen showrooms in the rest of the region.
