Lebanese singer Waleed Tawfiq revealed that he is in the process of preparing for a tour around the United States of America and will be presenting a number of concerts in different major cities. Among the cities that Waleed will be performing in are San Francisco, Detroit, Los Angeles and Houston.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Waleed stated that he enjoys singing for the Arab population in the US because they have a sense of longing for Arabic music and listen with a passion.
Waleed added that the Arabs living abroad are more attached to their roots and lead their lives according to their traditions that they left before leaving their home countries. The singer reiterated that he enjoys holding such performances and always makes it a point to be in contact with his fans around the world.
