Lebanese actress Sireen Abd Al Nour stated that she hates money and never dreamt of becoming wealthy and owning palaces. She added that she does not fear envy due to the fact that she is a very religious person and always performs her daily prayers.
Sireen said that she considers money dirty and feels it can lead people to live materialistic lives that hold no meaning, but such a thing will never happen to her because of her closeness to God.
According to the internet website MBC.net, with regards to her role in the television drama “Ruby”, Sireen said that the drama was first presented to her during her pregnancy and had turned down her nomination, but the makers of the drama had insisted that she is the most appropriate person for the role and decided to wait until she gives birth and able to return to the scenes to continue with the drama.
The actress said that she began filming the first scenes of the drama after only 40 days from her giving birth and it shows in the first episodes of the drama as she appeared to be a little overweight.
