Prominent Lebanese singer Ragheb Alamah has taken part in an international conference in Lebanon for films created in support of the fight against drug abuse. Ragheb and Miss Lebanon 2010, Rahaf Abullah, supported the event that was highly covered by the media.
The conference, which will last for five days, will screen 28 films from around the world that tackle the problems of drug addictions and the consequences that come with such problems.
A number of doctors and specialists also attended the conference to discuss ways of minimizing drug abuse among people. Over one thousand doctor and researcher will take part in the conference and all will exchange views and expertise in this field.
