Egyptian actress Mina Shalabi has been chosen as a Goodwill Ambassador for AIDS awareness. The actress was appointed by the UNDP and the National Program for AIDS during a grand ceremony held especially for the occasion.
On a different note, Mina has decided to begin focusing her efforts on different fields in the entertainment business like writing and film production. She is currently working on her film production project. Mina has been writing the story for the film for some time now and is searching for the right director to direct it.
