SSS Process concludes connecting Jordanian Water, Justice Ministries

SSS Process, the Arab firm specialized in providing e-government services and software solutions, concluded connecting the Jordanian Water Authority to Justice Ministry’s “Mizan” court organization system. 

To conclude the connection, the Jordanian – Saudi company said that they employed their full technical capabilities to build a system that will allow the legal departments at the Water Authority to connect with Mizan system, to follow up on their legal proceedings workflow. 

“We provided the Water Authority with practical solutions, fitting its current needs and future expectations, keeping in pace with their strategies that aim at employing technology in its different internal and external communication channel, to render processes and procedures easy and fast,” said Alaa Ensheiwat, Chief Executive Officer of SSS Process. 

“Due to the user-friendly interface of the system, Water Authority departments and employees will follow up on their cases automatically and instantly, unlike the traditional methods, which will increase the processes speed and manage Water Authority and Justice Ministry’s time properly, upholding citizen’s rights,” he added. 

Ensheiwat forecasted connecting all Ministries and concerned organizations in the near future with Mizan. 

Ensheiwat illustrated, “Most organizations and companies need to connect their departments with governmental institutions to ensure their workflows’ efficiency. The connection will help them in enhancing their customer relations. We expect announcing various vital connection projects for commercial and banking organizations soon.” 

Ensheiwat illustrated that the system, based on Microsoft .Net, allows legal departments in Water Authority to pursue all their cases, name of the court where the case is, utilizing Mizan in a secure process. 

It is worth mentioning that Mizan, which was funded by the USAID, is a system specialized in organizing Jordanian courts operations and automating all their related departments. The system has been implemented in all legal departments and establishments: Conciliation Courts, Appeals Courts, the Cassation Court, Human Rights Department, District Attorney’s office, and the execution courts.
