Al-Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo is hoping to represent Portugal in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, as per Cadena Cope.
The veteran striker will be 39 in February, but is still planning to compete at the highest levels.
Therefore, he has informed the Saudi club of his desire to extend his deal for several more years.
He has scored 11 goals and provided six assists in 11 matches for Al-Nassr across all competitions so far this season.
His current deal runs until the summer of 2025.
Ronaldo intends to retire in early 2027.
