According to reports from Arriyadiyah, Cristiano Ronaldo has reached an agreement with Al Nassr to extend his contract. The 40-year-old Portuguese star will sign a new deal lasting until 2026, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

Ronaldo is expected to earn a salary close to €200 million annually, continuing his illustrious career on the field. This extension gives him two more seasons to break the 1,000 goal barrier, having scored 923 goals so far.

Another intriguing detail is that Ronaldo's son, Cristiano Jr., is currently playing for Al Nassr's youth teams. By 2027, when Ronaldo will be 42, Cristiano Jr. will be 17, which could pave the way for a historic moment where father and son play together in the same team before Ronaldo's retirement.
