Real Madrid are planning to sign a new heavyweight striker in the summer, and are being constantly linked with Manchester City star Erling Haaland.
Spanish outlet AS says Los Blancos will try to sign the Norway international in the summer, if they fail to land Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe who is off contract in June.
He is tied to the Cityzens until the summer of 2027.
However, Haaland's buyout clause is believed to be worth around the €100 million mark for foreign clubs, compared to €200m for English clubs.
The 23-year-old has 19 goals and five assist in 22 games for Manchester City this campaign thus far.
