In what could be a chance for David Moyes to gain massive points with the Manchester United fan base, the Red Devils travel to Munich for the second leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal tie with German Champions and defending European champions, Bayern Munich.

United held their own at home last week and managed to score the first goal, but less than ten minutes later an equalizer from Bastian Schweinsteiger made it one all giving the visitors a crucial away goal advantage for the second round.

In Munich the Red Devils will have to win by at least a goal or draw on two or more to have the away goal advantage in the tie and head to the semi-finals.

Pep Guardiola will be without both first leg hero Bastian Schweinsteiger, who was sent off late on in the first leg, and Javi Martinez both missing the match through suspensions.

Additionally Holger Badstuber, Thiago Alcantara and Xherdan Shaqiri all remain injured, but the heart of the squad in Arjen Robber, Philipp Lahm, Franck Ribery, Mario Gotze, Thomas Muller and Jerome Boateng were all rested at the weekend so they would be fresh.

Rumors are still kicking around that Wayne Rooney will have an injection in order to play in what it the club's biggest match of the campaign now thanks to their poor domestic form.

Juan Mata is traveling with the club for support but being cup tied to Chelsea it will pain the visitors not to have the man whom is hitting top form in the Premier League not in their side.

Ashley Young is also listed as doubtful, while Robin Van Persie, Marouane Fellaini, Rafael and Johnny Evans are all injured and out of contention.

Munich XI: Neuer: Rafinha, Boateng, Dante, Alaba; Lahm; Robben, Kroos. Gotze, Ribery; Mandzukic.

United XI: Gea: Jones, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra; Giggs, Carrick; Valencia, Kagawa, Welbeck; Rooney.
