Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has said he doesn't give a damn about what others think about him, signaling towards club's Football Administration Officer, Brian Marwood's recent comments that the Italian was a bad role model for club's younger players.
Marwood had implied that Balotelli is not a good role model for the club's young players because of his catalogue of controversies on and off the field.
Balotelli was angered by Marwood's view that he did not set the right values or behaviour for youngsters to follow, and said he went along great with City boss Roberto Mancini.
"I am fine at City, even though there are people who like to talk in the newspapers, instead of saying certain things to my face. I do not give a damn ," the Daily Mirror quoted Balotelli, as saying.
"With [City manager Roberto] Mancini, all goes well. We have a good relationship, even though someone always tries to put discord among us. We love each other," he added. (ANI)
