The Brazil international never really managed to prove his credentials at Old Trafford following his €95 million transfer from Ajax in 2022.
Now he may have a chance to show his worth under Jose Mourinho in the Turkish Super Lig.
The Istanbul giants are planning to snap up the beleaguered winger on a season-long loan.
Fenerbahce, who have already brought in several big signings this summer, such as Youssef En-Nesyri, Caglar Soyuncu and Allan Saint-Maximin, are still working to strengthen Mourinho's squad.
The summer transfer window in Turkey will close on September 13.
