Liverpool have begun talks with Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush, according to Sky Sports Deutschland's Florian Plettenberg.
The Reds' boss Arne Slot is looking for reinforcements, and have identified the 25-year-old as a potential target.
Frankfurt are willing to do business and valuate the Egypt international between 50 and 60 million euros.
Marmoush currently sits at the top of the Bundesliga scoring charts with nine goals to his name.
He has a total of ten goals across all competitions, along with seven assists in 11 appearances.
The Egyptian considers Liverpool a 'serious option' as he dreams of a future move to the Premier League.
Sport Bild says the forward is also keen on playing alongside compatriot Mohamed Salah.
