Chelsea enjoyed an exciting 4-3 victory over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday evening after the home side took the lead through Jozy Altidore after 14 minutes.
The Blues showed good spirit to fight back from early deficit and found themselves 2-1 up after goals from Frank Lampard and Eden Hazard.
John O'Shea brought the home side back on level terms before Hazard scored again for Chelsea.
Phil Bardsley scored an own goal before scoring for his side at the end to round out the scoring at 4-3.
After the match, Hazard posted the above photo, celebrating the win and thanking the Chelsea faithful for all their support.
