World Football's governing body FIFA announced Friday that its President Gianni Infantino will visit the State of Qatar, host of World Cup 2022, next Wednesday.
FIFA said today on its website that Infantino will visit Russia on April 19 to visit Moscow's Luzhinki's stadium, which will host the opening match of World Cup 2018.
After that, "President Infantino will then embark in the evening of 20 April for Doha, where he will meet, amongst others, senior board members of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy and senior officials of the Qatari government," FIFA said in its statement.
