Di Maria to join PSG squad in Qatar

PSG's South American contingent have joined the rest of the team in Qatar, completing Laurent Blanc's squad for their winter tour.

After two days of training with a depleted selection, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, David Luiz, Lucas Moura, Javier Pastore, Angel Di Maria, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Edinson Cavani and Maxwell have all travelled, along with Salvatore Sirigu, who spent time off in Argentina with Pastore.

The 10 players arrived in Qatar at 11am local time (8am GMT), as the squad underwent their fourth training session at the Aspire Zone.

The injured Thiago Motta missed Tuesday's workout, remaining at the hotel for treatment, while Gregory Van der Wiel and Benjamin Stambouli took part, having missed Monday's session.

PSG face Inter in Wednesday's glamour friendly in Al Sadd.
