English Premier League giants Chelsea are all set to launch a new 30 million pound bid for Wayne Rooney if the ace striker fails to agree to a new the Manchester United contract.
Chelsea failed in their attempts to sign Rooney this summer, but will try again at the end of this season.
United are set to begin talks with Rooney's representatives this month about extending his current contract which expires in 2015, Metro.co.uk reports.
Rooney was reportedly linked with a move in August and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho publicly stated the striker was his No.1 target. (ANI)
