FIFA President, Sepp Blatter, is set to attend the 37th CAF Congress scheduled to take place on April 7 in Cairo, Egypt.
Blatter who is seeking a fifth term at the helm, will be attend the congress a month before the world governing football body's presidential elections where he is seeking re-election.
CAF has already declared Africa will vote as a block and has thrown its weight behind the third longest serving head on footballing history after Jules Rimet and Joao Havalange.
He will be expected to reaffirm his support and align his plans with the continent in a bid to win the elections up against FIFA Vice President and Jordan FA supremo, Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, Luis Figo and Dutch FA President, Michael van Praag.
Last week, Blatter said he did not need a manifesto unlike his opponents and will leave it to the 17 years of his work as president and 40 he has been at FIFA to judge his quest at another attempt.
The closest someone has gotten to beating Blatter was in 1998 when he won by 110 votes compared to 80 polled to Lennart Johansson to become the eighth FIFA president.
Having won the 2002 elections when he floored CAF President, Issa Hayatou, he was later elected unopposed in two successive elections.
