Besiktas and Dynamo Kiev charged for Champions League crowd trouble

Dynamo Kiev and Besiktas have been charged by European football governing body UEFA for the behaviour of their fans after violence marred Tuesday's Champions League match.

Both clubs were charged with crowd disturbances and setting off fireworks while hosts Kiev must answer over blocked stairways and insufficient organization.

Besiktas were also charged with their fans damaging the Olympic Stadium where the game took place.

Violence involving hundreds of fans before the match left 10 people injured.
