Aston Villa have finally gotten out of their losing funk as they have secured a draw and a win in their last two outings after four losses in a row.
Paul Lambert’s side have struggled at home this season but will hope that they can get the most of their home crowd cheering them on the counter attack as they are certain to be on the ropes for the majority of the match if Arsenal are up for it.
The Gunners continue to struggle with injuries with Theo Walcott and Nicklas Bendtner the most recent casualties. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is close to returning but is still doubtful.
Arsenal will be looking to get some revenge after Villa embarrassed them at the Emirates on opening day and with a three game winning streak being on the line the club will be up for the challenge.
