'We Believe Survivors' vs 'Due Process Before the Law': The Kavanaugh Circus

The U.S. Senate, on October 6, has confirmed with a 48/50 vote the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the nation's highest court.

Protesters were unpleased with this decision and they crossed police lines, chanting, "November is coming," with some holding signs "We believe all survivors."

Amidst what looked to be an orchestrated media circus, Kavanaugh was sworn in during a private ceremony that included Kavanaugh's wife, children and parents.
