Despite global coronavirus concerns, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe revealed that the Tokyo Olympic Games will continue as planned in July.

The Olympics were supposed to kick off on July 24 till August 9. However, the coronavirus outbreak created doubt if Japan will be able to continue with the games or not.

The Japanese prime minister said: "We will overcome the spread of the infection and host the Olympics without problem, as planned."
