Merkel's Special Visit to Jordan, Lebanon

German Chancellor Angela Merkel's visit to the Middle East. It started with an official visit to Jordan last Wednesday and held talks with King Abdullah focusing on bilateral relations and regional and international developments. On Friday Merkel met with Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri and discussed refugees and economic stability in the region. Jordan and Lebanon have the world's highest number of refugees per capita.
