Christians, Catholics Celebrate Easter Sunday

Easter, also known as Resurrection Sunday, celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day after his crucifixion by the Romans.

It is celebrated by Christians and Catholics and it is a religious holiday recognized by countries around the world.

There is a split, generally between Eastern and Western Christians, as to when exactly Easter should be observed, but it is usually celebrated in April every year.
