It's arrived, the next must-see TV to storm the Arab world is back in Arabs Got Talent's second appearance. As the Arab World awaits with bated breath, we sneak a preview into what's in store for Arabs Got Talent, 2012, the second season. Here's a glimpse of the action-packed second series of the hit show. With some new ingredients and familiar faces, Arabs Got Talent is back. And just in the nick of time before our Arab Idol withdrawal kicked in.

Egypt Takes All?

Last year's winner was Egypt's poetic street artist, talent Amr Katamash. Arab Idol produced an Egyptian champion too in Carmen Suleiman. Will we see a different Arab country make its talented mark this time round?

Coming soon, many of us are holding our breath for the second season of this hit show, Arabs Got Talent 2. Arab home-viewers are keen to fill in that Friday void left behind by Arab Idol.

Presenting Judge 1: Ali al-Jabber is the Lebanese member of the panel. A familiar face from last year's debut. The Simon Cowell equivalent of Arabia is never one to bite his sharp tongue. This time round he promises not to hesitate with his finger on the red button.

Najwa Karam: Appearing in the final episodes of Arab Idol, this Lebanese songstress gave us a taster of the upcoming judge 'talent' for Arabs Got Talent. Recognised as the heart of the show, she is pumped up to make a return to the show to welcome new talent.

The Gulf ingredient on the panel comes in a Saudi comedian. Star of hit show Tash ma Tash, Nasser al Qasabi, billed as the soul of the competition, is scouting for the biggest talent to move him. Or someone who will bring a smile to his face.

Amr Adib

Amr Adib won't be gracing our TV screens for this show. Seasoned in the world of television and hosting, last year's judge will be missed for his thumbs-up catchphrase: "Flower, candle, lighted" (an enthusiastic Egyptian way of saying bravo!) He decorated the show with his Egyptian flowery words.

Raya Abu Rasheed

Back from the premier season of Arabs Got Talent. Lebanese Raya Abu Rasheed is a veteran face in Gulf-based Arab show business. She will be taking the hostess reigns off Arab Idol's Anabella's hands. She's an old hand at Western-styled hosting and has interviewed many international super-stars.

Qusay Khader

Qusay Khader makes the other half of the hosting double act. The Saudi rapper and hip-hop artist, admitted after the last season that his fame had shot up and he was doing better off Arabs Got Talent than he ever had in his music career. Might as well do another show then. Qusay returns to our screens.

Facebook clocks the Arab enthusiasm in the air. The fans of the Arabs Got Talent Facebook page, ahead of Friday's first episode have exceed a million.

The young Egyptian Carmen, winner of Arab Idol, is still fresh in our collective talent-show memory. Only a fortnight after, hard on the heels of Arab Idol hysteria, comes the next installment of Arab talent-fodder, "Arabs Got Talent". This should plug the gap left by the end of Arab Idol for the weekend viewers.
