Samsung’s new Customer Service Plaza provides one-stop service convenience for Dubai residents

As part of its continuing efforts to better serve customer needs, Samsung Gulf Electronics opened its flagship customer Service Plaza in the UAE on the 16th of May 2011. Located in the Al Barsha area in Dubai, the new Samsung Customer Service Center provides a one-stop shop for service, repair and inquiries on all Samsung products.

Samsung’s Dubai Customer Service Plaza is the flagship plaza in the Gulf region, which is the second plaza in Dubai and fifth facility of its kind in the UAE. In addition to conducting immediate face to face repair work, the plaza has an experience zone and a product display area. With the convenience of the plazas for consumers, Samsung saw the importance of expanding its service operations by having another center in Dubai proving their dedication and commitment to providing world class services to its Dubai customers.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Young Soo Kim, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics said, “Samsung has always used a customer-centric approach with the belief that ‘customer comes first’. As our customer base continues to grow in the UAE and across the Gulf, our aim is to provide more convenient services to them. Samsung is reinforcing its commitment to its valued customers with a new level of customer care service that exceeds all expectations. With the new Customer Service Plaza in Dubai, Samsung now has a total of 13 Customer Service Plazas in the GCC region with five plazas in the UAE, two in Abu Dhabi and one in Sharjah.

Samsung's Customers Service Plaza features extensive after-sales support through its state-of-the-art call center to cater to all customer needs and enquiries. The call center toll free number is 800-SAMSUNG (726 7864) and operates Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Customer Service plaza will however remain open from Saturday through Thursday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Starting June 2011, the call center will operate Sunday through Thursday from 8:00am to 10:00pm.
