Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City implements DCC system to make guest’s payment easier

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City recently introduced DCC – Dynamic Currency Conversion – which enables customers to pay in their own billing currency.

Dynamic Currency Conversion was created and commercialized by FEXCO who brought it to the market in 1996. DCC is a service that enables VISA and MasterCard cardholders to view and carry out international credit card transactions in their own currency.

Especially for business travelers this additional service is a great choice to pay in a currency they are familiar with. The Dynamic Currency Conversion has huge benefits for the guests, for instance at the time of the actual transaction the cardholder will see the foreign transaction value in his or her home currency.

In the first four days of having the system available, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City already achieved a first success with 28% of the guests making payment through the Dynamic Currency Conversion.
