Queen Alia International Airport passenger volume grows by 3.7% during February

Airport International Group, the Jordanian company responsible for the rehabilitation, expansion and operation of Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) announced the traffic performance of the month of February 2011.

QAIA registered growth in February’s traffic performance with almost 348,800 passengers, compared to around 336,500 passengers in February 2010, translating into a 3.7% year-over-year increase.

Aircraft movement reported a 0.9% growth with 4,333 aircraft movements in February 2011 compared to 4,295 in February 2010.
