P&T Architects and Engineers aim at expansion in the Middle East

P&T Architects and Engineers, a Hong Kong based international consultant employing over 1,800 personnel around the world, has recently relocated its Dubai office in a move that reflects the organisations’ long term commitment in the region.
The firm, which has moved to an expansive office facility at the new Sheikh Hamdan Awards Complex Building, has a highly talented locally based team of creative and experienced professionals that works on a diverse range of projects including landmark buildings and complex developments across the Middle East from the UAE regional base. The Dubai office is also strongly supported by the organisations’ strength in China and Asian markets.
"The importance of Dubai in the Middle East and the global market continues to grow. The relocation of our office in Dubai is a testament of P&T’s commitment to further build on our successful growth to the 6th largest global architectural practice and to continue to deliver benchmark projects for our valued clients in the strategic Middle East region”, said James Abbott, Group Director, P & T Architects and Engineers Ltd in Dubai.
In 2004, P&T was firmly established in the UAE, winning a number of high profile projects including City of Arabia, one of the largest private development projects in the region and a key part of Dubailand. That major entry into Dubai was followed by a succession of projects in Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. More recently, from the Dubai office, P&T has been working on projects in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Baku in Azerbaijan and Kampala in Uganda. P&T now provides services for the whole of the greater Middle East region and Northern Africa from the Dubai office.
P&T is committed to the pursuit of excellence in Architectural design, Structural and Building Services consultancy and has won the ‘Architect Firm of the Year’ in the recent past in Dubai.
