Red Sea-Dead Sea deal: Water for PA, Israel, and Jordan

History is expected to be made upon the signing of the an agreement that would allow water to be drawn from the Red Sea in order to provide desalinated water to Israel, Jordan and the Palestinians as well as rescue the dying Dead Sea.
