The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States Amr Moussa on Thursday said that the indirect negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians faced a "comprehensive failure." He spoke to reporters after a meeting with the Quartet Representative, Tony Blair, at the Arab League headquarters in Cairo. "There is no progress in the indirect negotiations and we are facing a comprehensive failure IN these negotiations."
Moussa added that a move to direct negotiations is only possible after making progress in the indirect negotiations.
