Senate panel: Terror attack on U.S. Consultate in Benghazi was "preventable"

The September 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya's Benghazi, in which U.S. Ambassador Chris Stephens died, was preventable, a Senate panel said Wednesday.
