ALBAWABA - X (formerly known as Twitter) users are baffled after finding out that they have been blocked by American computer scientist Lex Fridman on the social media platform for no reason resulting in a swarm of posts and comments about the matter.
Fridman seems to have mass blocked a plethora of users across the platform with several who haven't interacted or even followed him which raised many questions across X with people wondering what caused these actions.
One user added, "Is everyone on X blocked by Lex Fridman?" following a poll with around 38 percent voting "yes" while approximately 60 percent said "no." A user said, "Yes... and I've never interacted with him."
Why is Lex Fridman mass-blocking users on X?
Former UFC and MMA fighter Jake Shields has garnered more than 600,000 followers on the platform and claimed to have contacted Lex Fridman about the mass blocking incident.
"I asked him why he blocked me and he said he hired an assistant to handle his blocking," but have not answered back if he was unblocked or not, by the time of writing this article.

Shields claimed that Fridman hired an assistant who was doing all the blocking for him during their conversation. Several users claimed that the assistant is a "zionist" who has been mass blocking pro-Palestine accounts on X. Here's what they had to say about the matter:
"The assistant is most likely an AIPAC handler or a straight Zionist that pampers him just enough to let him handle his private social media."
Another added, "Fed / Mossad vibes. The more one steers clear, the better."
"Lex will block anybody that says “Nick Fuentes” in the comment section when he asks for guest suggestions."
