The Colombian TikToker used to reside in Los Angeles before she was violently arrested by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on August 15 in downtown LA over accusations that she's an illegal immigrant. The incident occurred at Martinez's residential parking lot.
Footage captured Martinez trying to get into her car. However, moments before doing so, several ICE agents approached Martinez, forced her out of the car as one pinned her down with their knee.
