ALBAWABA - A transgender migrant from Columbia named Nicol Suarez recently sparked outrage across social media after being charged with allegedly raping and stalking a 14-year-old boy inside a New York City bathroom, as reported by the New York Post.
Police and several sources claim that Suarez also attacked the boy. Amid the traumatic incident, the boy was seen exiting the bathroom and flagging eyewitnesses who called the police.
Suarez who is originally from Columbia was later arrested and charged with first-degree rape and stalking, according to the New York Post. Several reports also indicate that the trans-migrant was also wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Additionally, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) had a detainer on Suarez.
Several social media users expressed their opinions on the matter on platforms such as Musk's X (formerly known as Twitter).
One X user wrote, "This is so sick, I don't even know where to start." Another added, "There need to be special laws for people like this. Needs to end. NOW!"
A source added, "It just goes to show that Donald Trump and [border czar] Tom Homan are correct that you need to get the violent people out of New York City and Eric Adams, Letitia James and Kathy Hochul should all cooperate because this person has an ICE detainer."
The source adds, "ICE could just pick this person up and deport them back, but due to our sanctuary laws we can't do anything."
Prosecutors initially asked for a $500,000 bail and a $1.5 million bond, but the sum sank to $100,000 bail or $250,000 bond by Judge Elizabeth Shamahs.
Online records show that the Columbian trans migrant is currently being held in Rikers Island and awaiting her trial in court on Tuesday.
