ALBAWABA - A clip of French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has circulated on social media.
In the video, which was taken in Canada during the G7 meeting, Macron was seen whispering in the ear of Meloni, who seconds later rolled her eyes and gave the French president a weird look.
The Group of Seven (G7) held a summit in Kananaskis, in the Canadian Rockies, during which they discussed the escalation in the Middle East and the latest conflict between Iran and Israel.
World leaders urged a "de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza," the BBC said.
What did Macron tell Meloni?
"Georgia Meloni ROLLS HER EYES at France's President Emmanuel Macron," a person posted the video on X, along with this caption, amid increased curiosity as people want to know what conversation happened between the two European leaders.
Another jokingly said: "This is the moment when Macron tells Meloni that the local [🤡] entered the global room" (in reference to American President Donald Trump).
However, it was not clear what did Macron told Meloni during the G7 meeting in Canada.
