ALBAWABA - US Vice President Kamala Harris is under fire after claims that she was wearing earbuds earrings during the Presidential debate with Donald Trump on Tuesday evening.
On Tuesday, Kamala Harris and Republican candidate Donald Trump held their first face-to-face presidential debate ahead of the November 2024 elections in the US.
According to local media, the presidential debate continued for 90 minutes between the two with no audience attending. Democratic candidate Harris and Former US President discussed many topics during the debate including; health care, the Russia-Ukraine war, the Gaza war, abortion and other economic topics.

While Trump's neck look took over social media discussions over the weird shape he appeared in. Kamala Harris' earrings also took center stage in the controversial topics shared online.
An X user said: "Rumors are circulating that Kamala Harris was wearing audio earrings and being fed lines." Vice President of Joe Biden was also heavily slammed as many accused her of violating rules (if she was really wearing earbuds earrings).
The user also added: "Isn't this against the debate rules?"
Nonetheless, a netizen allegedly said that those might not only be social media allegations and could be true as "Nova HI audio earrings" look exactly like the earrings Kamala was wearing on Tuesday's debate held at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
A user said: "Initially, I was skeptical, but after conducting some research, it appears there might be truth to the allegations regarding Kamala Harris using assistance during the Presidential Debate. Am I mistaken, or do these resemble the Nova HI audio earrings that Kamala is wearing?"
Meanwhile, others defended Kamala Harris confirming that she wasn't wearing earbuds earrings but she was sparkling in Tiffany Hardwear pearl earrings.
"Kamala Harris wasn’t wearing Nova H1 earring headphones. Quit lying to yourselves. She’s wearing Tiffany Hardwear pearl earrings. See how the Nova earrings only have one stalk coming off of them? See how Kamala’s has two? They’re not even the same thing," a person said.
