ALBAWABA - A video circulating on social media claimed that Donald Trump "faked" his ear injury amid his recent assassination attempt during one of his rallies in Pennslyvania.

The video in question showed Trump with a bandage installed on his wrong ear triggering a swarm of comments wondering if the injury was actually true or if the former president faked it all for some credit and votes in the upcoming 2024 elections.

One user didn't buy what the video offered as "evidence" and said, "Thank God am not following you, the video is flipped. it's so easy to trick you."

Many others agreed with them calling the video "fake" and "reversed" just to get "clout."

On Jul. 13, 2024, Donald Trump nearly died at the hands of a 20-year-old individual called Thomas Crooks who shot a bullet and missed the former president's head, grazing the injured year in question.

Another user wrote that faking it wasn't their concern but rather concerned about how Trump is going to rule the country:

"I’m not worried about the lying. We already know that I am concerned about his ability to lead nation, if he’s not able to continue delight all the way through effectively."
