As reported by NBC News, the suspect is set for questioning due to the incident that happened on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024. The photos in question showcased the potential suspect in different scenarios.

One showcased him in a New York cab's backseat looking through its transparent safety board while wearing a medical mask and a puffer jacket, while another showed him walking around in public wearing a similar attire without a medical mask.
