ALBAWABA - A horrific accident took place in the Russian capital of Moscow when a police car lost control and crashed into an electric scooter.
A video capturing the horrible accident was shared on social media, causing panic after the scooter driver was said to have lost his life in the tragic incident.
The accident, which was captured by a street camera, happened in Moscow on Dec. 7 at around 3 p.m. local time.

In the clip, a scooter driver was seen driving through a crosswalk to the other side of the street when a speedy police car rammed into the vehicle. The driver was seen being thrown several meters into the air before falling back to the ground.
Unconfirmed social media reports claimed that the driver was killed in the tragic accident.
