ALBAWABA - The Jordanian community was shocked after hearing that a school's children threw a kerosene liquid on their other college and burnt him.
The horrific incident shook the Jordanian street in the past few days, and shed light on the violence committed in some schools and among students.
Two students inside a school in the Russeifa District, affiliated with the Zarqa Governorate, poured kerosene on their colleague, Mohammed Al-Hamidi, 11 years old, and set him on fire.
The school student is suffering serious burns, as he is still in the hospital.

While many Jordanians circulated on social media during the past hours, a video of Muhammad narrating the details of what happened to him.
What happened to Mohammed Al-Hamidi?
He explained that he was in class when the teacher asked him to bring a broom to clean the classroom, so he entered the school kitchen, only to be surprised by two classmates who grabbed him without warning, poured kerosene on him and set him on fire.
He added, "I didn't do anything to them, why did they do this to me? I'm an orphan, and I didn't hurt anyone."
Jordan Public Security respond:
After the video of the child went viral, the media spokesman for the Jordan Public Security Directorate confirmed that the Family Protection Department was authorized to process the case after a child suffered burns all over his body, following an assault at his school.
The statement reads: "Specialized teams began investigating since yesterday and immediately after the incident occurred, and the two suspected juveniles were arrested, witnesses' statements were heard, cameras were reviewed, and all details and circumstances were determined, in preparation for referring the case to the competent judicial authorities."
