ALBAWABA - Thousands of Americans are currently suffering as their homes are being invaded by migrant squatters leaving many individuals afraid to leave for a vacation because it will risk losing their houses.
According to the New York Post, there is no easy way for American homeowners to legally call the police and ask for the eviction of the squatters in question. Additionally, the other day a Venezuelan vlogger took to TikTok and urged migrants to squat in homes they don't own.
An anonymous individual told the post "I don’t know if you know this, but we have a housing crisis in this country" and added "It’s only getting worse. People are going to do what they have to do. You can’t stop it."
Migrant squatters are stealing US homes
The news reached X (formerly known as Twitter) and Tesla owner Elon Musk as he tweeted about it and said "Your home is no longer your home in many states".
Squatting isn't just turning up to someone's home and staying there, it seems there are levels to this matter making it a full-time job among migrants and individuals. The squatters have several tricks up their sleeves including putting up a "For sale" sign with a burner phone number, and if the phone doesn't pick up, it means that the house is up for grabs.
This whole issue led to individuals opening dark web pages using the Tor browser where they offer a fascinating "dummies guide" on how to squat houses in the USA. Additionally, they also take advantage of real estate websites by keeping a look out for homes that stayed on the website for a long, then pursue them.

Pro-Palestine activists took to Elon's comment section to compare what's currently happening to Palestinians who lost their homes because of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Palestine since 1948 which had many Israelis stealing lands and homes from Palestinians:
"Now you know what happens to Palestinians."
"You're all Palestinians now."
Others blamed the current US president Joe Biden and added "Welcome to Biden's America."
