ALBAWABA - A Lebanese man made headlines after committing a heinous crime against his American wife in the city of Sidon located in southern Lebanon by shooting her and then cutting her body using a chainsaw, according to Erem news.
After killing her, the man in question carried on with burying his wife in the garden of the house where the murder took place and then confessed to the crime leading to an arrest by the Lebanese authorities. The man who is referred to as J.J. said that the reason behind killing the wife was because of a quarrel the two individuals had on Feb. 10, 2024.

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces then reported that they found the wife's body placed in a black bag inside the holes in the garden. Moreover, the police then reported that the body belonged to a 60-year-old woman who was referred to as "J.S." who has two children currently residing in the US.
The Lebanese man was arrested last Tuesday, Apr. 16, 2024, after the police raided his house and also found a 9-round war gun in it which raised further suspicions of him among authorities. Additionally, the hospital later confirmed that the wife passed away after receiving fatal shots in the head.

Amid investigation, it was reported that the man left his wife's body for two days in the house and later called a Gardner and asked him to dig three holes in the garden to "Plant three trees in them" but instead, J.J. bought a chainsaw to fit his deceased wife in the holes.
