ALBAWABA - The Israeli army posted a video on its X account claiming to have found a room beneath the Rantisi Hospital in Gaza. A calendar that starts on Oct. 7 was allegedly found in that room.
The Israeli Army posted a video of its soldiers inside an alleged "Hamas base" in which it claimed to be under the Rantisi Hospital and probably held hostages there.
They wrote: "Beneath the Rantisi Hospital in Gaza, IDF forces found a room where Israeli hostages are believed to have been held."
"The calendar found in the room marked the days since the October 7 'Massacre' with the title “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood”, Hamas’ name for their horrific attack on Israel," the post read.
According to the Israeli soldier in the video, a room was found with a calendar that had the names of Hamas leaders who were supposed to observe and stay with the hostages.
Despite that Israel claimed that Hamas leaders' names were written on the calendar, in the clip, the calendar, which starts on October 7, had only the days and dates showing in the footage. As well as, on the top of the paper, the phrase: "Al-Aqsa Flood operation and Oct. 7, 2023" can be seen.
Many social media users and activists have mocked the video saying it is fake and the calendar was likely placed by the Israeli forces in Gaza.
A person wrote: "The original video claims that this is a list of the names of Hamas members to guard the hostages. This is just the names of days in a week in Arabic, 'Sunday, Monday, Tuesday… etc'. Anyone can submit that?"
Meanwhile, another netizen added: "ISRAELI PROPAGANDIST points to a random calendar at the Rantisi hospital as "evidence" of a "hostage keepers' list" with 'terrorists' names'."

Since the start of the Israeli war against Gaza, at least 11,240 people have been killed, including 4,630 children, according to the latest death toll released by the Ministry of Health in the strip.
